• Intelligently categorizes your photos to match script content
• Verifies all claims against property features before including them

If MLS data is unavailable or incomplete, you can manually input property details to ensure accuracy.

Do you use real MLS data?

Yes! PropertyReelz integrates with MLS systems to pull accurate property information including price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, and key features. We also use your MLS photos or allow you to upload your own property images. All data usage complies with MLS terms of service and real estate regulations.

How long does it take to generate a video?

Most videos are ready in 3-5 minutes. The process includes pulling MLS data, categorizing photos, generating a script, creating a voiceover, and composing the final video. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready to download.

What video formats do you support?

Can I customize the videos?

Do I own the videos I create?

What's your refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our videos. If you're not satisfied with a video due to technical issues or inaccuracies caused by our system, we'll refund the credits used or regenerate the video at no additional cost. Credits are non-refundable for videos that meet our quality standards but don't match your creative preferences.
